The mechanism comprises an eccentric piece which is provided with a crankshaft bearing hole and connected with a crankshaft, a first connecting rod which is provided with an eccentric piece bearing hole, a second connecting rod pin bearing hole and a supporting frame fixing bolt hole, a second connecting rod which is provided with two pin bearing holes and is connected with the first connecting rod and a piston rod, the piston rod and a piston; a supporting frame is fixed to the first connecting rod through the supporting frame fixing bolt hole; a sliding groove is formed in a rod body of the second connecting rod and allows the supporting frame to slide; a pin bearing hole is formed in the end, connected with the second connecting rod, of the piston rod, and an axial piston connecting hole is formed in the other end; a trapezoidal threaded hole connected with the piston rod is formed in the bottom of the piston.
