Abstract

The converter comprises: a first resistance network comprising an R-2R resistance ladder structure coupled between a reference voltage and a first node; a second resistance network including a resistor string structure coupled between the first node and the output port; a switching control circuit including a first switch located in a ground path of the second resistive network, and a second switch located between the first node and the output port; and a logic control circuit which is used for controlling the on/off state of the first switch and the second switch according to a digital input signal, so that an R-2R resistance ladder structure which saves more area is adopted under the condition that the resistance ladder is not sensitive to output monotonicity, and under the condition of being sensitive to output monotonicity, a resistor string structure is adopted to carry out linear voltage division so as to improve the output monotonicity.
