Abstract

The manufacturing mold comprises a fixed mold and a movable mold. Core pulling assemblies which are used for forming the workpiece are arranged on the two opposite sides of the molds, the fixed mold is fixed to a lower mold plate, and the movable mold is fixed to an upper mold plate. Each core pulling assembly comprises a sliding block, an ejector block and a wedge-shaped block. Wedge-shaped block grooves which allow the wedge-shaped blocks to be embedded are formed in the sliding blocks, and inclined grooves which allow the wedge-shaped blocks to be embedded are formed in the ejector blocks. The sliding blocks are connected to the lower mold plate in a sliding mode, the ejector blocks are fixed to the upper mold plate, and the wedge-shaped blocks are fixed to the lower mold plate. Inclined guide columns are arranged on the upper mold plate, and inclined guide grooves which allow the inclined guide columns to slide are formed in the sliding blocks. The manufacturing mold has the following beneficial effects that by means of the cooperation of the fixed mold, the movable mold and the core pulling assemblies, the machining difficulty which is caused by the special-shaped structure of the workpiece in the workpiece machining process is reduced, and the machining efficiency is improved.
