Abstract

The invention discloses a ginseng and hericium erinaceus bidirectional solid fermentation mycoplasm solid beverage and a preparation method thereof. The solid beverage comprises the following raw material components: a mixed extract and auxiliary materials, wherein the ratio of the mixed extract to the auxiliary materials is 1: 3, and the mixed extract comprises a fruity extract and a mycoplasm extract in a ratio of 2: 1; the mycoplasm extract is a solid bidirectional fermentation product which takes hericium erinaceus as a fermentation strain and takes ginseng as a medicinal substrate; and the auxiliary materials comprise lactose and starch in a ratio of 2: 1.
