The invention relates to a high-output-voltage flexible thin film solar cell module for a near space aircraft, which comprises a plurality of solar cell strings, an isolation diode module, a fixed transparent insulating adhesive tape, a flexible interconnection transverse strip and a leading-out welding strip, wherein the plurality of solar cell strings are arranged on the fixed transparent insulating adhesive tape; the isolation diode modules are pasted on the leading-out silver foils at the tail ends of the solar cell strings, and the adjacent solar cell strings are connected in series through the flexible interconnection transverse strip and output in parallel through the leading-out welding strip.
