Problems solved by technology

But in cool and cool regions, compared with the normal environment, the growth period of corn is shorter. If the planting of cover crops is later than the planting of corn, the growth period of cover crops will be greatly shortened, thereby limiting the accumulation of biomass of cover crops. thus reducing the effectiveness of cover crops

specific Embodiment approach 1

[0014] Specific embodiment one: the cultivation method of a kind of corn with root stubble and cover crop of this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0015] 1. After the ridge-planting corn is harvested, leave the corn stubble in the field, and the height of the stalk above the ground of the corn stubble is 20-80cm;

[0016] 2. Sowing in the spring of the next year: In the spring of the following year, sow corn on one side of the corn stubble, parallel to the root stubble and 15 to 25 cm away from the root stubble, and then on the other side of the corn stubble, parallel to the corn stubble and at a distance of 15 cm from the corn stubble. Sow cover crops at a position of 8-15 cm, wherein the cover crops are composed of one or more of clover, vetch, alfalfa and sweet rhinoceros;

[0017] 3. Field management: fertilization, furrowing, watering, and weed removal during the corn growth period, that is, the cultivation of corn with root stubble and cover ...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0020] Specific embodiment two: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is: in step two, the planting distance of sowing corn is 10-30 cm. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0021] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is: the distance of clover sowing in the cover of step 2 is 2~10cm, the distance between the plants of alfalfa and Osmanthus fruticosa is 3~15cm, and the planting distance of vetch is 3~15cm. The distance is 3-25cm. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in the first embodiment.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cultivation method of corn with stubbles and covering crops, in particular to a cultivation method of the corn and the covering crops. The method solves the problems that in arid and semi-arid cold areas, normal growth of the corn cannot be guaranteed with an existing corn and covering crop cultivation method and the biological yield of the covering crops is low. The method comprises the following steps: 1, harvesting field corn and reserving the stubbles; 2, conducting sowing in spring of the next year; and 3, carrying out field management. According to the invention, the growth time of the covering crops is prolonged, so that the biological yield of the covering crops is increased; and the corn stubbles and residual bodies of the covering crops are returned to the field, the organic matter content of soil can be increased, and the soil is protected. The method is particularly suitable for being applied to the arid and semi-arid cold areas, normal growth of the corn is fully guaranteed, meanwhile, the growth period of the covering crops is prolonged, and the biological yield of the covering crops is increased. According to the method, the original corn stubbles are reserved in the field, so that the soil disturbance is small, and the soil moisture conservation effect is achieved in spring.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cultivation method of corn and cover crops. Background technique [0002] When corn is harvested in my country, the 2-15cm above-ground stalks and their roots (usually called root stubble) are usually left in the field. In the autumn of the current year or the spring of the second year, the root stubble is removed manually or mechanically. The planting operation is usually to manually take out the 15-25cm root stubble below the surface from the soil, or use machinery to crush the stem and 15-25cm root stubble below the surface, and then mix it with the soil in the field. After such operation, re-ridge (even ridge), replant corn on the ridge of the original root stubble, and the corn seedling band is positioned at the middle part of the ridge. [0003] The soil is disturbed by manual or mechanical removal of root stubble that fall or the following spring. Especially in arid or semi-arid areas, this kind of operation disturbs ...
