According to the technical scheme, the arrangement structure of the reconstructed and expanded navigation building is characterized in that the arrangement structure is provided with two rows of bearing bent frames which are arranged in parallel, and the top of each row of bearing bent frames is provided with a portal crane track beam which stretches across the upstream side of a built water retaining building to the downstream side of the built water retaining building; the portal crane track beam is provided with a movable portal crane which moves back and forth on the upstream side and the downstream side of the built water retaining building along the portal crane track beam, and a liftable steel ship bearing box is hoisted on the movable portal crane.
