The scheme comprises the steps of sharing a channel state and data information among transmitters; respectively designing a pre-coding vector and a filtering vector for the target communication pair and the interference communication pair; a target communication transmitter introducing a power distribution factor alpha and a safety factor beta to construct a maxSRIM signal; then obtaining alpha and beta values which enable the safety rate of the system to be maximum through traversal, calculating a precoding vector of a maxSRIM signal according to the alpha and beta values, constructing the maxSRIM signal by a target communication transmitter, and sending the maxSRIM signal and an expected signal to a target communication receiver together; and finally, the target communication receiver recovering expected data of target communication from the received mixed signal.
