Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature forging control system for a metal component. The high-temperature forging control system comprises a temperature control module for controlling the temperature of a workpiece in the forging process and a forging and pressing control module for controlling the machining size of the workpiece in the forging process, wherein the temperature control module comprises a temperature monitoring meter for detecting the temperature of the end part of the workpiece and a temperature transmitter for performing supplementary control on the surface temperature of the workpiece in the workpiece forging process, and the forging and pressing control module comprises a main cylinder pressure tester for monitoring the internal pressure of a main cylinder in the forging and pressing process, and an infrared monitor for detecting the radial and axial sizes of a workpiece. The invention further discloses a high-temperature forging control method for the metal component. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a scheme is determined; S2, whether forging is in a set state or not is judged; and S3, whether forging is finished or not is judged.
