The method comprises following steps: S1, replacing an extrusion rod and a matched mold based on a conventional extrusion production line, and producing the seamless aluminum pipe; and S2, machining the extrusion rod and the matched mold by adopting the inner and outer diameter sizes of the produced seamless aluminum pipe, the stroke of a main cylinder and the size of an inner hole of a container, and simulating a perforation extrusion method. According to the machining method for producing the seamless aluminum pipe through the common extruder, the seamless aluminum pipes of various specifications can be produced by replacing the special extruding rod and the matched mold on the basis of the common extruder.
