Embodiment 1

[0057] Example 1: Feeding calves

[0058] The method of present embodiment feeding calf carries out as follows:

[0059] Feeding method: Feed 75-day-90-day-old weaning calves (Wagyu, 16 heads) once a day with bio-concentrate (0.5kg), and feed it for the first time every day (7:00-8:00 am) 00 period), and then fed concentrate feed (1.5kg) and free to eat forage (mixed forage of 20% rice straw and 80% alfalfa); after 4 weeks, the biological concentrate was cut off and continued to be fed in a conventional way Concentrate feed and free access to forage.

[0060] Bioconcentrate is prepared by the following methods:

[0061] (1) Take the rumen of a conventionally slaughtered adult cattle (Wagyu), empty out the contents of the stomach, peel off the mucosa and submucosal tissue, and cut the stomach tissue into small pieces (small pieces with a volume less than 1 cubic centimeter);

[0062] (2) Add 2 times the weight of phosphate buffer (the buffer solution of sodium phosphate salt...

Embodiment 2

[0064] Example 2: Feeding calves

[0065] The method of present embodiment feeding calf carries out as follows:

[0066] Feeding method: Feed biological concentrate (0.4kg) to 75-day-90-day-old weaning calves (wagyu, 8 heads) once a day, when they eat for the first time (7:00-8:00 am) 00 period), then fed concentrated feed (2kg) and freely ate forage (mixed forage with 20% rice straw and 80% alfalfa); after 4 weeks, the biological concentrate was cut off, and the concentrated feed continued to be fed in a conventional way. Feed and have free access to forage.

[0067] Bioconcentrate is prepared by the following methods:

[0068] (1) Take the rumen of a conventionally slaughtered adult cattle (Wagyu), empty out the contents of the stomach, peel off the mucosa and submucosal tissue, and cut the stomach tissue into small pieces (small pieces with a volume less than 1 cubic centimeter);

[0069] (2) Add 1 times the weight of phosphate buffer (the buffer solution of sodium phosp...

Embodiment 3

[0071] Example 3: Feeding calves

[0072] The method of present embodiment feeding calf carries out as follows:

[0073] Feeding method: Feed 75-day-90-day-old weaning calves (Wagyu, 12 heads) once a day with bio-concentrate (0.6kg), when they eat for the first time (7:00-8:00 am) 00 period), then fed concentrated feed (1kg) and freely ate forage (mixed forage with 20% rice straw and 80% alfalfa); after 4 weeks, the biological concentrate was cut off, and the concentrated feed continued to be fed in a conventional way. Feed and have free access to forage.

[0074] Bioconcentrate is prepared by the following methods:

[0075] (1) Take the rumen of a conventionally slaughtered adult cattle (Wagyu), empty out the contents of the stomach, peel off the mucosa and submucosal tissue, and cut the stomach tissue into small pieces (small pieces with a volume less than 1 cubic centimeter);

[0076] (2) Add 3 times the weight of phosphate buffer (the buffer solution of sodium phosphate...

Abstract

The invention relates to a biological concentrate prepared by using a gastric living microorganism system and application thereof. The biological concentrate is prepared by adopting the following method: taking rumens of conventionally slaughtered adults and cattle, pouring all stomach contents, stripping mucous membranes and submucous membrane tissues, and cutting the stomach tissues into small blocks; adding a phosphate buffer solution and porcellanite, and homogenizing; and adding the obtained slurry into a proper amount of hay powder, mixing to prepare wet particles, and air-drying to obtain the biological concentrate. The invention also provides an application of the biological concentrate in preparation of a feed for feeding calves. The feed and the application thereof have excellent technical effects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, and relates to a feed biological concentrate for feeding calves, and also relates to the use of the biological concentrate in preparing feed for feeding calves, and a method for feeding calves. Background technique [0002] The growth and development process of cattle can be divided into lactating calves, weaning calves, small breeding cattle, large breeding cattle, early pregnancy young cows, late pregnancy young cows, and adult cows. [0003] Calves are weaned after 2 months and start to feed grass. This stage usually lasts from 2 months to 10 months or even longer. During this period, the most important feed for cattle is grass (such as straw 20%, alfalfa 80%) instead of concentrate (pellet feed), if the forage intake is insufficient, the body of the cow will become slender and miss the most important growth golden period. Only when calves at this stage have fully absorbed the nutrition of the fo...
