Abstract

The invention requests to protect an automatic cruise water quality monitoring system based on a geographic information system; the system works as follows: preprocessing pollution source data, and building a similar experimental model of a river dustproof water supply pipe network; and establishing a pollution source large class feature library and similarity analysis method. Therefore, the identification capability of the pollution source large class is improved to deal with the potential water quality problem. In order to solve the problem that the combined response of the water quality original index to the pollution source is not significant and inseparable, a method for performing feature extraction by using an auto-encoder of deep nonlinear features is provided, a k-means++ clustering method is combined to construct a feature library for the extracted high-dimensional features so as to increase the inter-class difference of the pollution source, and a cosine distance is introduced to perform similarity measurement. Finally, industrial wastewater, domestic sewage, livestock and poultry breeding wastewater and muddy water are adopted to carry out comparative analysis on the performance of the pollution source judgment method provided by the invention.
