To address the aforesaid issues, an apparatus for neutralization / water removal of esterification products according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a neutralization tank in which a neutralizing agent, water, and a crude product mixture containing an ester compound and an alcohol, are introduced to form a neutralized mixture; a water removal tank disposed below the neutralization tank to separate the neutralized mixture into a floating layer and a water layer; a partition extending downward from the ceiling of the water removal tank and forming a downward passage in the water removal tank; and a transfer line for transferring the neutralized mixture from the neutralization tank to the water removal tank, wherein the water removal tank comprises: a first water removal unit into which the neutralized mixture is introduced via the transfer line from the neutralization tank; and a second water removal unit into which the neutralized mixture is introduced via the downward passage from the first water removal unit, wherein the first water removal unit and the second water removal unit are separated by the partition.
