cutting fluid circulation loop of applicable equipment, and comprises a rough filtering unit, a fine filtering unit, a temperature adjusting unit, a
temperature control unit and a
monitoring system which are connected in sequence, and each unit comprises a
settling tank and a filter screen box arranged in the
settling tank, a magnetic attraction structure is arranged in each filter screen box, the temperature adjusting unit and the
temperature control unit are provided with a temperature adjusting device and a
temperature control device respectively, and the
monitoring system controls the temperature adjusting device and the temperature control device in a grading mode according to temperature detection values. The
integrated design of series connection of four stages of modular
settling tanks is adopted, the purification efficiency is remarkably improved through cooperation of gradient adsorption and triple
filtration, the content of
metal components in the
cutting fluid is reduced by 30% or above compared with a traditional single-stage purification
system, and the purification efficiency is improved by 25%; through innovative graded temperature control, the temperature fluctuation of output
cutting fluid is smaller than or equal to + / -0.5 DEG C, the precision is improved by two times compared with that of a traditional
