Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanical equipment structure optimization design method and system, and the method comprises the steps: building a finite element model of mechanical equipment under different working condition loads, and determining a plurality of key design variables of the mechanical equipment through the simulation analysis of the finite element model; sampling the plurality of key design variables, and inputting sampling points into the finite element model to obtain a response value corresponding to each sampling point so as to construct a simulation approximation model and perform model precision evaluation; establishing a structure optimization model of the mechanical equipment based on the simulation approximation model meeting the model precision requirement; and performing global search on the structure optimization model through an improved simulated annealing particle swarm algorithm to determine an optimal value of the key design variable. According to the method, the optimized structural design of the mechanical equipment can be efficiently completed, and the structural design accuracy of the mechanical equipment is improved.
