Each testing device comprises a tester, a current transformer and a discharge coil, the tester is connected with the discharge coil installed at the two ends of one branch capacitor of the parallel capacitor bank and the current transformer connected to the wire outlet end of the branch capacitor in a sleeving mode, and the terminal voltage and the current of the capacitor are collected through the current transformer and the discharge coil respectively; the tester comprises an acquisition module, an alarm module, a control module and a power supply module.
