Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, in terms of high-temperature refractory materials, natural bauxite has accumulated a large amount of crushed ore and low-grade ore after years of mining and application, which not only results in low resource utilization, but also occupies a large amount of land resources.
[0004] At present, there are mainly two methods in the utilization of low-grade ore and crushed ore, namely "dry process" and "wet process". The dry process is relatively low in drying costs, but the material uniformity is poor , the microstructure is uneven, which affects the product quality; although the wet process has good material uniformity, the dehydration process and drying process are cumbersome and the energy cost is high
[0005] The above two processes are difficult to take into account in terms of product quality and cost, especially in the context of the current mainstream "dual carbon" energy consumption is becoming more and more stringent, so it is difficult to widely promote in market applications

Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0024] A low-carbon preparation method for producing refined mullite corundum high-temperature materials, the method comprising the following steps:

[0025] Step 1: Classification of bauxite raw materials, according to the relative content of chemical formation in the ore;

[0026] Step 2: batching, prepare the aluminum content requirements of the target product in proportion to different grades of bauxite;

[0027] Step 3: dry fine grinding, dry fine grinding of the prepared bauxite raw materials, dry fine grinding of part of the raw materials of the same batch, dry dry fine grinding of the prepared bauxite raw materials, D50 5.6 μm;

[0028] Step 4: Partial wet fine grinding, some raw materials of the same batch are subjected to wet fine grinding to obtain fine grinding mud, and the D50 of the fine grinding mud is controlled at 1...

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method for low-carbon production of a refined mullite corundum high-temperature material in the field of high-temperature refractory materials. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, grading a bauxite raw material; step 2, burdening; step 3, dry fine grinding; step 4, carrying out partial wet-process fine grinding; step 5, mixing and blending in proportion; step 6, mechanical pressing molding; and step 7, firing a finished product. The process has the characteristics that dry fine grinding is adopted as a main material, a large amount of water is prevented from being brought in, the low production cost of the process is ensured, wet fine grinding slurry is adopted as an auxiliary material and used as a binding agent, meanwhile, less than 6% of water is brought into the slurry to wet a dry material, the forming performance is ensured, and meanwhile, due to the fact that wet fine grinding components are more uniform and are added as a substrate of a product, the forming performance is improved. In addition, for products with different purposes and with different requirements on uniformity, the process of mixing dry and wet materials can be finished by adjusting according to different proportions directly in the process of mixing the dry and wet materials; and the process adjustment is more flexible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of high-temperature refractory materials, in particular to a preparation method for low-carbon production of refined mullite corundum high-temperature materials. Background technique [0002] Mullite corundum material refers to a kind of high thermal shock resistance, low creep and excellent high temperature performance with alumina content between 45-75%, mullite phase as the main crystal phase and corundum crystal phase as the secondary crystal phase inorganic non-metallic materials. [0003] At present, in terms of high-temperature refractory materials, natural bauxite has accumulated a large amount of broken ore and low-grade ore after years of mining and application, which not only results in low resource utilization, but also occupies a large amount of land resources. [0004] At present, there are mainly two methods in the utilization of low-grade ore and crushed ore, namely "dry process" and "wet process". Th...
