According to a real seawater background, a mixed suspended particulate matter blue-green laser scattering model closer to actual seawater is established, and the influence of the average scattering, absorption and extinction coefficients of different mixtures and the single albedo along with the change of the particle effective radius and the particle number concentration is analyzed; according to the method and the device, the influence of different mixing ratios on the average scattering phase function of the mixed suspended particulate matters along with angle change is further popularized for target detection and identification of laser in seawater and application of underwater wireless optical communication, and meanwhile, theoretical support and a new thought can be provided for experimental research on inversion of the components of the suspended particulate matters in the seawater.
