According to the invention, based on the luminosity effect of light reflection on the surface of the human body, the conversion from the optical signal with high fidelity to the inertial data is realized, and the obtained inertial data has high correlation with human kinematics knowledge; more inertial data can be generated for researchers to analyze body postures of workers in a working scene, and occupational safety protection is improved; the method can be applied to the condition that wearable equipment is not easy to deploy, and on-site human body motion data analysis is provided for a user.
