The invention relates to a method for treating
low oxygen of an upper corner of a stope face, and belongs to the field of
occupational safety and health of
coal mines. The low-
oxygen treatment methodcomprises the following steps that an
oxygen concentration alarm is suspended below a top plate of the upper corner of the stope face to monitor
oxygen concentration, and an
oxygen storage tank controller is suspended on a roadway chamber near the upper corner or a side wall at a proper position;
oxygen storage tanks are flatly placed on a bottom plate; when the oxygen concentration alarm detectsthat the oxygen concentration in air at the upper corner is lower than a critical
point set by the alarm, a low-oxygen
alarm signal is sent to the
oxygen storage tank controller, and the oxygen
storage tank controller sends a control instruction to an electromagnetic pressure reducing valve to automatically open the working oxygen
storage tank; and high-pressure oxygen is subjected to
pressure reduction adjustment and then jetted to a low-oxygen space of the upper corner of the stope face through an oxygen conveying pipeline
system, after the oxygen concentration is recovered to a safety valueand lasts for a certain period of time, the oxygen concentration alarm releases alarming, and the working oxygen
storage tank stops oxygen conveying. According to the method, the implementation process is monitored in real time,
automatic control is achieved, operation is convenient, and the problem of
low oxygen of the upper corner of the underground stope face can be rapidly and efficiently solved in time.
