Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of functional marine product application, and discloses application of shrimp head zymolyte in the aspects of regulating intestinal short-chain fatty acid and improving depression-like behaviors, chronic stress depression model mice are constructed, the influence of the shrimp head zymolyte on the intestinal short-chain fatty acid is investigated, and the depression-like behaviors of the intestinal short-chain fatty acid are improved. Results show that after the shrimp head peptide intervention, the despair state time of the mouse is obviously reduced, the exploration desire of the mouse to an open space and a high-altitude environment is obviously increased, and the behavioral performance is recovered to a normal level, namely, the depression-like behavior of the mouse is obviously improved. The intervention effect is better than that of a fish oil group; the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine in the low-dose group and the medium-dose group is increased, and the content of dopamine in the low-dose group is increased; after intragastric administration of shrimp head peptide, acetic acid, propionic acid and n-butyric acid can be significantly regulated to recover normal levels; the depression-like behavior of the mouse is further improved; the research result provides a theoretical basis for developing the shrimp head zymolyte into a new generation of green and safe anti-depression food.
