Abstract

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a net-shaped supporting layer; (2) coating an adhesive; (3) preparing a PTFE porous membrane; and (4) compounding. According to the steps, a layer of PTFE porous membrane can be compounded on the net-shaped supporting layer, and the PTFE porous membrane is a microporous membrane prepared by adopting a two-way stretching method, so that the PTFE porous membrane is high in strength, strong in air permeability, smooth in surface, antistatic, strong in hydrophobicity, light and thin in thickness and high in porosity, and the microporous structure is a three-dimensional net-shaped crossed structure; therefore, the product prepared by the invention not only can filter PM2.5, but also is breathable and waterproof, and has a self-purification function; and the reticular supporting layer improves the rigidity and strength of the prepared product, effectively supports the PTFE porous membrane, and ensures the windproof performance and the service life of the product.
