Abstract

The present invention provides a flame retardant composition and a thermoplastic polyurethane composition having excellent flame retardancy. A phosphoramidate compound (component (B)) and a triazine compound (component (C)) having a specific structure are used as flame retardants for a flame-retardant composition and a flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane composition. In one embodiment, the flame-retardant thermoplastic polyurethane composition of the present invention includes a thermoplastic polyurethane resin (component (A)), a phosphoramidate compound (component (B)), and a triazine-based compound (component (C)).
