A hydrogen filling system disclosed in the present specification is provided with: a first tank and a second tank which are configured so as to be capable of being filled with hydrogen and which communicate with each other; a first hydrogen supplier and a second hydrogen supplier configured to supply hydrogen to the first tank and the second tank; and a controller configured to control the first hydrogen supplier and the second hydrogen supplier. The controller estimates the hydrogen filling rate of the first tank and the second tank on the basis of a first internal temperature of the first tank, a second internal temperature of the second tank, a first pressure of the hydrogen gas supplied from the first hydrogen supplier, and a second pressure of the hydrogen gas supplied from the second hydrogen supplier. The controller is configured to stop the first hydrogen supplier and the second hydrogen supplier when the hydrogen filling rate reaches a predetermined threshold filling rate.
