Using wavelet transform analyzes signal of load voltage on batteries to pick up catastrophe point of slope. When catastrophe point of slope occurs, discharge is stopped. The invention possesses strong adaptability. The method determines final state of discharge in self-adapting under different environment in use and different kinds of batteries.
