Problems solved by technology

[0004] In order to solve the above problems, styrene foam can be added to the interior wall of the concrete structure, but its disadvantage is that it is difficult to drive nails on the interior wall with styrene foam, and it is easy to damage the wallpaper and styrene foam with sharp objects plastic, and forming concrete walls associated with styrofoam is a hassle

Embodiment 1

[0015] A mixture of 225 g of mica and 225 g of loess having a fineness of 250-350 mesh was ground into powder using a ball mill. Further, 75 g of rice bran powder, 75 g of charcoal powder, 250 g of vinyl acetate resin emulsion and 100 g of polyvinyl alcohol were added to the above powder, followed by stirring for 30 minutes to make it uniform. 50 g of urea resin were added to the final mixture and stirred for an additional 30 minutes to produce a composition for treating concrete surfaces.

[0016] Dilute the above composition with twice the amount of water and apply it with a brush to the interior walls and floors of concrete structures. After 3-5 months, inspect the concrete surface with the naked eye to ensure that the concrete surface is free of cracks and is dry enough to prevent the spread of mildew.

Embodiment 2

[0018] The fineness is 250-350 purpose, the mixture of 500g mica and 500g rice bran is ground into powder using a ball mill. Further, 200 g of vinyl acetate resin emulsion and 100 g of polyvinyl alcohol were added to the above powder, followed by stirring for about 30 minutes. 50 g of urea resin and 50 g of OKONG adhesive were added to the final mixture to produce a composition for coating concrete surfaces.

[0019] As described above, the composition of the present invention is advantageous in that the composition includes a far-infrared ray emitting material, and radiates far-infrared rays into a house having a wall coated with the composition to prevent and treat various diseases. Another advantage is that the composition forms a strong film on the concrete surface to improve moisture resistance and heat retention of concrete structures, thereby suppressing dew condensation in winter, preventing the spread of mold in summer, and ensuring energy saving.

Abstract

The invention relates to a composition for treating the surface of concrete or wall papering to improve the moisture proofing and heat insulating property in concrete structure and to allow a far infrared ray useful to precaution and cure kinds of diseases of the human body to be radiated, the crowd living in houses with concrete structure. The composition is prepared by mixing 30-40 wt% of far infrared ray radiating material and 25-40 wt% of rice bran, and pulverizing the mixture to a size of 150-200 mesh; and mixing 30-45 wt% of adhesive with the mixture uniformly. The far infrared ray radiating material is selected from: mica, yellow soil powder, vermiculite, silica and mixture thereof; the adhesive is selected from: an acetic vinyl resin emulsion, an urea resin, a poly(vinyl alcohol), a glue and a OKONG bond and mixture thereof. Moreover, composition also includes charcoal powder.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates generally to a composition for treating and coating concrete surfaces, and more particularly to a composition for treating and coating concrete surfaces, the composition being applied to the surface of concrete, or applied as a paste to wallpaper, To improve the moisture-proof performance and heat retention performance of concrete structures, and can emit far infrared rays to prevent and treat various diseases affecting people living in houses including concrete structures. Background technique [0002] It is well known to those skilled in the art that concrete buildings, such as apartment houses, have interior walls and floors coated with mortar and wallpapered. [0003] At this time, interior walls and floors generally harden faster than ceilings or exterior walls, thereby causing surface cracks in the concrete structure. Concrete structures generally have low heat retention performance, durability and moisture resistan...
