When side light source bright, vertical light source is hidden, then obtains height of the first drill needle on detection position; then side light source extinguish, vertical light source bright, the CCD microscope head can move vertically to adjust focus and obtain the image of drill needle top blade to transmit to computer for farther analysis. After the detection, when next frill needle waiting to detect is transmitted to detection position, similarly, obtains the height of the second drill needle; by computing the difference in height, according to the difference value, adjusts height of lens to detect quickly.
