Ageing process includes following steps: first, providing equipment for ageing process, plasma display faceplate, heat elimination plate, and flexible heat conducting material; next, placing the flexible heat conducting material on the heat elimination plate, then, placing the plasma display faceplate on the flexible heat conducting material to put the flexible heat conducting material between the heat elimination plate and the plasma display faceplate; finally, using equipment for ageing process to carry out ageing process for the plasma display faceplate. Since the flexible heat conducting material possesses very good coefficient of heat conduction, and deformation of the flexible heat conducting material makes close combination between the heat elimination plate and the plasma display faceplate. Thus, the plasma display faceplate can obtain even temperature distribution in ageing process.
