When a inductive transducer on the on-off module of door knob or key induces passive action of the owner, according to the received inductive signal, power management module in inside of the vehicle uses the fixed terminal in inside of vehicle transmit LF question signal to the portable terminal, after receiving RF responding signal from the portable terminal, demodulating ID code from RF responding signal then transmiting to the power management module, when the power management module judged recived ID code of RF responding signal is consistent with registered ID code, transmiting control signal to electric connecting BCM and EMS, locking/unlocking the door or staring/stoping the engine, thereby in condition of without other operation, autocontrolling action of the door or engine intellectually.
