Embodiment Construction
[0018]The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0019]Expanded vermiculite, which is an important element of a lower panel, consists of chemical components of CMg, Fe3+, Al3(Al, Si)4O10(OH)2·4H2O. It is a kind of clay formed of aluminum, magnesium, silicate hydroxide of iron. The hardness of expanded vermiculite is 1˜2, and viscosity is 2.76. It is split across in a flat shape. The color of expanded vermiculite is light gray or brown and is lustrous like pearl. In addition, the expanded vermiculite well dissolves in acid solution and has strong positive ion exchange ability. Being heated, it well expands. The expanded vermiculite has numerous porous thus having good absorption ability, so that it is used as an anti-heat material and soundproof material.
[0020]In a hexagonal soundproof material 20, when noises are transferred through hexagonal holes 21 and 22 each having a size of 5 mm through 10 mm, air vibrates f...
