[0048]Pre-phosphate coating compositions Examples 1 to 4 (below) were prepared from the materials listed in Table 1. Each coating was prepared by charging component 1 to 9 sequentially into a glass beaker under stirring. The components were added one at a time and stirred to be dissolved or mixed uniformly until the next component was added. The final coating products are clear to partly hazy solutions.
