On one hand, introduced carboxyl participates in a hydration reaction of interfacial concrete to have a better water reduction function and increase the structure strength of gel of an interface material, on the other hand, by use of a long hydrocarbon chain hydrophobic group and good water solubility, a hydrophilic group is linked, the surface tension is reduced, so that residues are reduced after release through an oily release agent, and interface pollution is reduced. By use of own characteristics of elastomers and better toughness and elasticity of the elastomers, part of swelling stress during interface bonding is reduced to prevent cracking, and the mechanical performance of an interface is increased; an acid complexing agent is added, so that capillary pores are filled, the compactness in the bonding position is increased,absorption of CO2 is kept in the alkaline environment, growth of calcium carbonate crystals is promoted, and the interface performance is enhanced. The problem of poor bonding power and waterproof performance of concrete interfacial agents at present is solved.
