The method has the advantages that the mutation device adopted is simple; the method is easy to be carried out; the operation is safe; the compound mutation effect is better than the processing effect of one single mutagenic agent; and compared with the starting strain, the antagonistic property of the mutation strain obtained through the method is improved by 2.5 to 5.0 times.
