The power transmission system comprises an engine, a plurality of input shafts, a plurality of output shafts, a reverse gear output gear, an idling output gear, a motor power shaft and a first electric power generator, wherein each input shaft is provided with a gear-shifting driving gear; each output shaft is provided with a gear-shifting driven gear; the gear-shifting driven gears and the gear-shifting driving gears are meshed with each other in a corresponding way; a motor gear is fixedly arranged on one of the output shafts; the reverse gear output gear is set to be connected or disconnected with one of the gear-shifting driving gears; the idling output gear is joined with one of the output shafts so as to rotate synchronously or be disconnected for differential rotation; the motor power shaft is set to be linked with the motor gear; the first electric power generator is set to be linked with the motor power shaft. After the power transmission system is used, the traditional transmission modes are enriched, and multiple working conditions such as parking charging, charging while the engine is used for driving, and the like can be realized.
