The retaining plate section includes an internal ring retaining plate, an external ring retaining plate and a section of steam distributor; the bottoms of the internal ring retaining plate and the external ring retaining plate are respectively provided with a skirt plate; the internal ring retaining plate and the external ring retaining plate are provided with passages (holes or narrow seams, etc.) for the circulation of the stripping steam; the skirt plates are staggered with a plurality of holes and nozzles; the circumfluence section is provided with a taper screen plate, a flow guide cylinder, an internal ring and an external ring steam distributor which can bear the retaining plate section; the bottom part of the taper screen plate is connected with a central blanking pipe with the lower end extended into the flow guide cylinder.
