A method for detecting DDT in environmental water sample includes placing bottom porous sieve plate in bottom end of injection work drum, setting carbon nanotube on said plate, using top porous sieve plate to press closely on surface of carbon nanotube, preparing solution in certain concentration by four kinds of chemicals, activating solid phase extraction column, adding prepared solution onto said column, using purified water to spraying-wash said column and using dichloro-methan to elute said column, drying off eluted solution and adding methanol then carrying out HPLC-UV analysis and detection on methanol solution.
