An electromagnetic disconnecting valve (16) is arranged on a reformed gas pipeline (30) between the aqueous alcohol reforming subsystem and the engine, and is controlled by a pressure relay (3). The control end of the pressure relay (3) is communicated with the reformed gas pipeline (30). The reformed gas pipeline (30) in front of the disconnecting valve is provided with a reformed gas pressure inhibitor (12). The inhibitor (12) is connected with the reformed gas pipeline (30) through connecting lines (27) and (28). An electromagnetic disconnecting valve (14) is arranged on the connecting line (27), and is controlled by a pressure relay (15).
