Embodiment Construction

[0023] An embedded forest fire early warning system based on video detection according to the present invention includes several monitoring points 1 and a central monitoring station 2 (see FIG. 1 ). Wherein monitoring point is made up of embedded video processing equipment 3, video camera 4 and GPRS data transmission module 5; Monitoring station then mainly is made of terminal controller 6 (can be connected to Internet, and has the computer of public network IP). The camera 4 transmits the collected live video to the embedded video processing device 3 . If the system selects the USB interface camera for use, then the embedded video processing device 3 directly reads the digital image information by the USB1.1 or 2.0 protocol; The decoding module converts it into a byte stream conforming to the ITU656 format, and then reads the data into the system memory. The embedded video processing device 3 judges whether there is abnormality in the current picture according to the fire re...

Abstract

The embedded forest fire-warning system based on video detection includes one central monitoring station and monitoring points communicating through GPRS network. Each of the monitoring points includes monitoring CCD camera, embedded video processing device and GPRS data transmission module; and the central monitoring station has terminal controller to receive data package through network, decompress and display information. The present invention combines well digital image processing technology, embedding technology and radio communication technology for automatic fire distinction and transmission of essential data. The present invention has low system cost and high reliability, and is suitable for preventing fire in large forest area.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a device for forest fire detection and alarm, specifically a device that uses low-power embedded technology and digital image processing technology to automatically detect video signals, determine whether a fire has occurred, and Transmit relevant information such as alarms and on-site images to the early warning system of the monitoring center. 2. Background technology [0002] Forest fire is one of the major disasters in global forestry, which causes great loss of forest resources and large-scale environmental pollution every year. At present, the monitoring of forest fires mainly adopts manual observation or remote video monitoring. The manual lookout method is relatively backward, and it is difficult to detect the fire in time, which often delays the fire fighting time and causes serious consequences. The remote video monitoring system designed using digital video technology and modern communication technology mainly w...
