Abstract

The invention relates to a method of preparing of aluminium powder with nanometer dimension. Under condition of 0-50 DEG C. and atmospheric pressure, in an organic solvent, aluminium powder reacts with any one polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon of naphthaline or anthracene, ect. to form ferrous metal organic intermediate under role of titanium catalyst, and vacuum thermolysis the intermediate at 40-85 DEG C. to obtain the aluminium powder with nanometer dimension. The basic particle size of the powder measured by transmission electron microscope is in a range of 5-40nm. The obtained aluminium is a face-centered cubic crystal which is determined by a XRD powder diffraction instrument. The aluminium powder with nanometer dimension has high activity and can be rapidly oxidated once meeting with air.
