Abstract

The color liquid is made up of: CuSO4 2-8g/L, EDTA-2Na 0.5-1.1g/L, seignette salt 0.1-0.5g/L, ammonium molybdate 0.2-0.9g/L and sodium sulfite 1-2g/L; the pre-treated steel piece is dipped into the color liquid and the temperature is room temperature, the time is 1-5.5min; thirdly to back treat and get the product. The invention has the mild condition and the color liquid has no corrosion to steel and cost little. The treating area of the color liquid can reach 1.1m2/L and has little waste liquid discharge.
