specific Embodiment approach 1

[0005] Specific embodiment one: In this embodiment, refining soybean crude oil with immobilized phospholipase is achieved through the following steps: 1. Dissolve 1.0~15g of sodium alginate in 50~500g of distilled water for later use, and prepare 5~50mL of phospholipase A 1 Add it to 50-500mL Hac-NaAc or citric acid buffer solution with a pH value of 5 to obtain an enzyme solution for later use; 2. Mix the sodium alginate solution and the enzyme solution at a volume ratio of 0.5-3:1, Obtain the mixed solution; 3. Prepare 100-1000mL of 0.05-0.2mol / L CaCl 2 solution, the mixture was added dropwise to CaCl 2 In the solution, round particles are formed, and the particles are left to stand for 40-60 minutes and then dried at 30-50°C to obtain granular immobilized enzymes for use; 4. Take soybean crude oil and remove soybeans by hydration degumming method. Hydrate phospholipids in crude oil, then add a citric acid solution with a mass concentration of 40% to 50% and a mass of 0.1% ...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0007] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that in Step 1, 2-12 g of sodium alginate is dissolved in 80-400 g of distilled water for later use. Other steps are the same as in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0008] Specific embodiment three: the difference between this embodiment and specific embodiment one is that in step one, 10-40mL phospholipase A 1 Add to 100-400mL Hac-NaAc or citric acid buffer solution with pH value of 5. Other steps are the same as in the first embodiment.

Abstract

This invention relates to a method for refining crude soybean oil with immobilized phosphatidase. The method solves the problems of unable control of temperature and pH value, poor degumming effect of soybean oil, and high cost faced by the present enzyme degumming method. The method in this invention comprises: preparing the reactive solution, preparing a mixed solution, preparing granular immobilized phosphatidase, pre-treating crude soybean oil, adding immobilized phosphatidase into crude soybean oil, stirring and centrifuging. The method has such advantages as high degumming efficiency (increased by 0.5-2%) and low cost (decreased by 1-3%).

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for refining soybean oil. Background technique [0002] Crude soybean oil contains about 3% phospholipids, which are directly related to the flavor and stability of oil products and the phenomenon of oil foaming and braining during use. The phospholipids to be removed in the degumming process can be roughly divided into Hy-dratable Phospholipids (HP) and Nonhydratable Phospholipids (NHP) have certain differences in properties and removal processes. The hydratable phospholipids are relatively easy to remove, while the non-hydratable phospholipids are difficult to remove by direct hydration. After decades of development, especially the successful implementation of physical refining, people have introduced a variety of degumming methods, such as using traditional hydration degumming, simple acid degumming, Special degumming and enzyme degumming, etc. Enzyme degumming is known for its good More and more attention...
