Abstract

The present invention discloses a dispersion module and a backlight module containing the dispersion module. A light source is arranged at one side of the dispersion module, and the light source comprises a first light source, a second light source, and a third light source. The second light source is positioned on a first direction of the first light source, a first space is defined between the first and the second light sources; the third light source is positioned on a second direction of the first light source, a second space is defined between the third light source and the first light source; wherein the first space is less than the second space, and the first direction is different from the second direction. The dispersion module includes a plurality of dispersion components, which parallel to the first and the second directions to form respectively a first linear array compaction and a second linear array compaction, the first linear array compaction is less than the second linear array compaction. Therefore light produced by the backlight module projects evenly on a display panel without happening the uneven distributing of brightness and darkness by adopting the present invention.
