The invention discloses a corrosion-resistance ultrahard aluminum alloy material and a production process. The corrosion-resistance ultrahard aluminum alloy material comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1.5-3% of Cu, 1.8-2.5% of Mg, 7.5-8.4% of Zn, 0.03-0.06% of Ti, 0.55-2.5% of W, 0.05-0.25% of Zr, 0.05-0.08% of Dy, 0.05-0.15% of Gd, 0.3-0.45% of Er, 0.3-0.4% of Ce, 0-0.1%of Si, 0-0.15% of Fe, and the balance of aluminum. The corrosion-resistance ultrahard aluminum alloy material has the advantages of high hardness, high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistanceand excellent crack resistance, can be used in an extreme environment, is not easy to age and deform, long in service life, and is suitable for producing aeroengine compressor parts, secondly structural parts of rockets, guided missiles and high-speed aircrafts.
