The automatic switch method for the step length includes the NODE and UE comparing whether the synchronistic character of the plural subframes which is sequential with the current subframe is the same direction as the synchronistic character of the current subframe, if so adopting the method which generates the synchronistic controlled and adjusted step length to generate the synchronistic control character; if not, adopting a fixed step length configured by a higher layer protocol.
