Abstract

The invention relates to a mobile information device and a display with narrow frames thereof; wherein, the display comprises a substrate, a number group of pixel and a specifically applied integrated circuit. The substrate is provided with a display region. The number group of pixel is intertwined into a whole by a plurality of parallel scanning lines and a plurality of parallel information lines, and is arranged in the display region. The integrated circuit specifically applied is positioned in the extending direction of the scanning lines, and the integrated circuit comprises a gate driverand a source driver.
