Abstract

The invention discloses a vaporizing unit for cryogenic liquid and mainly consists of a dewar tank of cryogenic and low pressure liquid (1), a vaporizing chamber (4) and a pressure air tank (5); wherein, the cryogenic and low pressure liquid (1), the vaporizing chamber (4) and the pressure air tank (5) are connected with each other by a pipeline; a flow valve (2) and a pressure feedback valve (3)are arranged on the connecting pipeline of the cryogenic and low pressure liquid (1) and the vaporizing chamber (4); a stop valve (8) is arranged on the connecting pipeline of the cryogenic and low pressure liquid (1) and the pressure air tank (5); the pressure air tank (5) is connected with working units by the pipeline which is provided with a stop valve (6). The device has the advantages of simple structure, reliable operation and convenient maintenance; besides, the device can transform cryogenic liquid into gas under normal temperature, thereby providing imperative vaporizing units for the commercial process of the vaporizing unit for cryogenic liquid.
