Abstract

The invention relates to the field of laser technology, in particular to a blue light laser and manufacture method thereof. The blue light laser comprises a housing, a semiconductor laser, a focusing system, a resonant cavity mirror, a collimation system, a frequency-doubling crystal, a laser crystal and a base, wherein the base, the semiconductor laser, the focusing system, the laser crystal, the frequency-doubling crystal, the resonant cavity mirror and the collimating system are sequentially arranged and are all solidified as a whole. The method comprises following steps: (1) forming the focusing system from gradient index lenses prepared by binary micro-optical components; (2) simulating by computer to obtain specific requirements for four specific wavelengths; (3) arranging a micro-polarization element in the resonant cavity and designing the waist of a fundamental frequency light inside the frequency-doubling crystal; (4) solidifying all elements in the laser; and (5) respectively controlling the temperature of the laser crystal and the frequency-doubling crystal by adopting optimized double temperature control systems.
