tower base, establishing a
radar view field coordinate
system based on the
radar sensor installation position and a radar view field, and extracting and recognizing
point cloud data of
tower drum blades in the target direction. According to the position of the
point cloud data and the position relation of the radar sensor relative to the tower, the radial distance of the target
point cloud relative to the tower is calculated, and the maximum clearance value of the blade is calculated; and generating target measurement information based on the blade
pose information measured by the radar sensor at the current moment and the maximum clearance value, and sending the target measurement information to fan main
control equipment. According to the scheme, the coordinate
system is established and the blade clearance value is calculated through the
millimeter wave radar sensor mounted at the wind tower base, so that the problems of difficulty in high-altitude mounting and maintenance, failure in monitoring in
severe weather and unstable measurement reference are solved, and the method has the advantages of improving the monitoring reliability, reducing the maintenance cost and improving the
measurement precision.
