Problems solved by technology

[0004] Aiming at the problem of large-area hollowing disease in Tibetan ancient architectural murals, solving the large-scale shedding of murals and rescuing and protecting Tibetan ancient architectural murals, an ancient cultural heritage, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for treating Tibetan ancient architectural murals. The grouting material for the hollowing disease, by selecting the filling material and the main agent (ie, bonding material) that is compatible with the mural production materials, and adopting the hollowing grouting reinforcement technology, the mural ground, grout, and support are very good. Combining, controlling the development and extension of the hollow area, preventing the hollow murals from falling off in a large area and causing serious damage

Abstract

The invention discloses a grouting material used for controlling detached murals of Tibetan antique buildings, and a production method thereof. The material mainly contains PS as major component, coal ash, Aga soil and sodium fluosilicate. The grouting material is innoxious and odorless, doesn't cause environmental pollution or damage murals. Based on mural consolidation by using the grouting material, the invention can efficiently control the spread of detached murals of Tibetan antique buildings and provides a feasible approach to the consolidation of large-area detachment and stripping of murals of Tibetan antique buildings.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of cultural relics protection. Specifically, it is a grouting material for treating the hollowing disease of Tibetan ancient architectural murals and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] For the treatment of mural hollowing disease, the traditional methods include bolt anchoring and removal-reinforcement and repair-reposting, etc. Anchor anchoring is a method of salvage repair for severe hollowing diseases, and anchoring with anchor rods with cross anchor heads has been used in the past. This method can control the expansion and extension of the hollow area and prevent the murals from falling off in large areas. Initially, the cross anchor head was made of sheet metal to ensure the strength of the reinforcement. But because the metal anchor head is easy to rust in the air, it also covers the mural. Later, a transparent plexiglass plate was used, which can achieve the same reinforcement effec...
