Abstract

A polymer injection system for an underground high-pressure screw pump comprises a driving head connected with the mouth of a polymer injection well. One end of a drive link goes through an inner chamber to the polymer injection well and is connected with the driving head and the other end of the drive link is connected with the rotor of the polymer screw pump. The stator of the polymer screw pump is connected with the upper end of a backflow-prevention single-flow valve. The lower end of the backflow-prevention single-flow valve is connected with the upper end of a static mixer. The lower end of the static mixer is connected with a reversal-prevention device. The outer side of the drive link is provided with an oil sleeve. The drive link provided with an oil pipe, the polymer screw pump, the backflow-prevention single-flow valve, the static mixer and the reversal-prevention device constitutes the underground pipe column of the polymer injection system for the underground high-pressure screw pump. An original well sleeve is arranged at the outer side of an underground pipe column and has permanent connection with the bottom of the mouth of the polymer well by a bolt. In the invention, the polymer screw pump is put into a well casing. The polymer screw pump used as a positive-displacement pump can keep the viscosity of polymer to the utmost extent, so the effect of reservoir oil displacement of polymer injection can be improved.
